Being fit isn’t about body size or shape. It’s about optimizing your body’s potential to do awesome shit like this.

this is so inspirational.

For real. I am so tired of people equating fit to being thin. Fuck that.

this is the first time i’ve seen this posted with body positive messages.  great!

As someone who has done gymnastics in various forms, his height is incredible. Check out where his head is - nearly chest level! And he drops his legs down so easily, arms tucked back casually.
Rock on, dude. You’re amazing.

Fit-  in good health, esp. because of regular physical exercise: I swim regularly to keep fit |figurative : the measures would ensure a leaner, fitter company.
       • Brit. informal sexually attractive; good-looking.
ok so look, being fit actually does mean being in shape and the term “fit” does also talk about your bodily health/figure. It says fit means “in good health” and i don’t know about you but to me, someone who is medically over weight is not “in good health” this person is not fit, by definition. What he does here is actually a talent; Not something that would make him fit. So yes, the term “fit” does refer to a good body size and shape..

I wish dates didn’t have such strong romantic attachment to them.

Like, I wish I could go up to a friend of mine and be like, “Hey I want to take you to a nice restaurant. Let’s get dressed up fancy and go.”

We’d go have a fancyass dinner, but there’d be no romantic involvement.

I wish platonic dates were a common thing.

I would take each and every one of you on platonic dates.

????? It’ S cALLED??? SPENDING TIME??? WITH A FRIEND??
